Load Demo Data (100 competitors)

Loads a built-in 100-competitor test dataset covering all classes.
⚠️ This will replace any currently loaded competitors.

Upload your own competitor spreadsheet

Select an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) file with your competitor information. The first row must contain column headers.

Expected column headings include: Number, Name, Branch, Class, Team name, Gun share, Left handed, Previous swim score, Swim certificate, Outside lane, Previous run score, Horse name, Ride height, Ride Down.

Scan & clean (coming soon)

We’re adding a safety step to help you import “messy” spreadsheets with fewer surprises.

  • Scan: checks your file for common issues before import (missing columns, odd cell types, unusual seeding formats).
  • Report: shows you what will be changed (for example converting Excel time cells into text).
  • Clean: offers to fix the issues automatically so the seeding engine reads the data correctly.

Until this is live, the best practice is to keep seeding columns as plain text and avoid formulas.
