Event basics

Competition type
Organiser / Pony Club	Shown on printed steward sheets, e.g. “Cotley Hunt Pony Club”.
Number of days	Day numbers are used for phase scheduling.

Active phases & timing

Tick which phases are included in this event, and set the day and start time for each. Start times determine the overall phase order.

Class Ordering

Please create the order of your classes for your competition. This governs:

The order classes appear in swim heats
The order bib numbers are assigned (1, 2, 3, …)
The order for shoot, ride and run schedules
Beanies can still be allowed to shoot & ride concurrently

The system will fall back to default class order based on age.

Competitor numbering

Use the current Class Order to assign competitor numbers from 1 upwards. This overwrites any existing numbers, but does not change names, classes or teams.
